MENS TESTED STANDARD BODYBUILDING
a. A competitor can do both Open and Novice
b. NOVICE: an athlete that has never entered a Global Bodybuilding Organization sanctioned event. Once a competitor wins his/her novice class, they are not allowed to enter another novice class. If a competitor does not win, they may choose to compete again in a novice class. If a competitor is caught entering a novice class after winning, they will be disqualified. Pro cards are not awarded in the novice classes.
c. Competitors’ numbers should be visible at all times and worn on left side.
COMPETITION ATTIRE
a. MEN: European trunks, black, for morning prejudging. For evening, you have your choice for color. (example: Arnold style trunks)
b. All suits must be worn to check-in.

B 5’ 5.25” up to 5’6” / up to 160 lbs
C 5’ 6.25” up to 5’ 7” / up to 174 lbs
D 5’ 7.25” up to 5’9” / up to 190 lbs
E 5' 9.25" up to 6’ / up to 216lbs
F over 6' up to 248 lbs
Masters 35 - 39 / 40 - 49 / 50 - 59 / 60 - 69 / 70 +
Teen AGE GROUPS: 16 - 19
